The Eatwell Plate
The eatwell plate shows how much of what you eat should come from each foog group.
1-MORE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES
Every child will provided a minimum two portions of fruit and vegetables every day. We are offering a fresh salad bar(organic produce) every day during lunch for ages 6-14.
Wholemeal bread will be provided on a daily basis during lunch for ages 6-14.
4-OTHER HEALTIER DRINKS
5-SALT AND CONDIMENTS
6-STRACHY FOOD COOKED IN FAT OR OIL OR DEEP-FRIED- RESTRICTED
7-FOOD COMPOSITION DURING ONE WEEK
